Survivorship Nutrition Counseling
You Rang the Bell.
Now What?
When treatment ends, everyone celebrates and then goes home, and you are left standing in survivorship with a changed body, a pile of conflicting advice, and no idea where to begin. I have stood exactly where you are. Let’s figure out how to fuel and rebuild your body, together.
Let’s Work TogetherThe Part No One Warns You About
Survivorship doesn’t come with a roadmap
Treatment has a schedule, a team, and a finish line. Survivorship has none of that. The appointments spread out, the team steps back, and suddenly you are the one deciding what to eat, how to move, and how to feel like yourself again in a body that has been through everything. Add a flood of conflicting nutrition advice, and it is no wonder so many survivors feel lost right when everyone else thinks the hard part is over.
The Myth Avalanche
Sugar feeds cancer. Cut out whole food groups. Detox teas and miracle superfoods. Everyone has an opinion, and almost none of it is grounded in evidence.A Changed Body
Fatigue that sleep does not fix, appetite and taste that shifted, weight that moved, and strength that treatment took. This is not the body you started with.Afraid of Getting It Wrong
You want to do everything you can to feel well again, but you cannot tell the real guidance from the noise, so every meal starts to feel like a test.On Your Own
Your oncology team focuses on scans and labs. Nutrition and rebuilding your strength rarely get more than a pamphlet, if that.
I Am a Survivor Too
I know what it feels like to ring that bell and walk straight into the unknown.
I remember ringing the bell. Everyone was cheering and I was smiling, but underneath I had no idea what came next. Treatment gave me a schedule and a team. Survivorship handed me a changed body and a silence where the plan used to be.
I am a registered dietitian, endurance coach, and certified personal trainer, and I have learned to rebuild, gently and on my own terms. Now I help other survivors do the same. Not with fear or fad diets, but with real, evidence-based guidance built around where you are right now.
I have stood in your shoes. Togethre, we’ll build something sustainable, so you can fuel your body, move again, and feel at home in the life you fought so hard to keep.
Learn More About Working With MeRinging the bell is the moment everyone sees.
Survivorship is the road that begins after it.
The Approach
No fear. No fad diets. Just what actually helps.
You have been handed enough fear and enough rules. What you need is clarity: what the evidence actually says, how to nourish a body in recovery, and how to move again without overwhelming it. That is what we build together, at your pace.
Cut Through the Myths
We separate evidence from hype, so you can let go of the sugar scares, the detoxes, and the superfood promises and eat with confidence again.
Fuel Your Body to Rebuild
Nourishment that helps with fatigue, appetite and taste changes, and rebuilding the strength treatment took, in a way that is realistic and sustainable, never restrictive.
Get Active Again, Gently
Rebuild stamina and strength at a pace that respects where your body is now, so movement gives energy back instead of taking it away.
